BOATING CLASSES:
Sail & Power Squadron Presents Boating Class
Toledo Sail and Power Squadron certified instructors will present America’s Boating Course, a safety course that covers boating fundamentals, at the W.W. Knight Nature Center in Perrysburg on Saturday, May 19.
Ohio law requires those born on or after January 1, 1982 to have a boater education certificate to operate a powerboat greater than 10 HP. A certificate will be awarded after passing exam.

Kayak And Paddleboat Safety Classes Offered
The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will offer Safe Boating kayak and paddleboat programs on Tuesday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday, July 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Olander Park pond, 6930 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania.

Photo Contest To Feature Catch Of Month
The BoatUS Angler “Catch of the Month” photo contest at www.BoatUS.com/angler/contest runs monthly through October 31.
Monthly winners, one freshwater and one saltwater, will receive a one-year BoatUS Angler membership, a $50.00 Visa gift card and a prize pack filled with fishing and BoatUS Angler gear.
